From experience to a new way of working
Sapluna’s story began in the 1990s, through decades of experience in events, projects, education, and working with organizations of all kinds. Along the way, we discovered that the biggest challenge was not a lack of tools—it was the lack of a shared way of working. Our journey from producing projects, to developing Opens, and finally to building Sapluna taught us that successful projects should not depend on individual memory, scattered information, or a few key people.
